It all became clear.
The very moment the words were uttered.
It was a ruse, a masked tale of two faces.
You love me.
You hate me.
You want to kill me.
Nothing is worse than a battle inside one’s mind.
We’ve loved.
We’ve fought.
We’ve made up.
One single-paled finger pressed into your chest and it surfaces all of our regrets.
We’ve become mere strangers, pawns to this bigoted test.
You’ve failed and your true self revealed.
It’s truly beautiful, the way you use your words

Nicely written. 🙂
I wonder if you’d mind checking out my blog, too?

Kim.
